Amit brings roughly 15 years of investing experience across businesses ranging from public companies to small family-owned operators.

Before co-founding Flight Equity, he was a senior private equity investor at Gryphon Investors, where he focused on business-services and tech-enabled-services investments and worked on several HVAC acquisitions, including family-owned businesses and companies taking outside capital for the first time.

Earlier in his career, he also helped acquire a family-owned pharmacy robotics and services business. He studied engineering at Columbia University and later earned his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ben brings 14 years of experience spanning private equity, strategy, finance, and operations.

After beginning his career in investment management, he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and went on to hold leadership roles across consumer and technology businesses.

His background includes team leadership, P&L management, M&A, and business expansion, all of which inform Southern Roof’s hands-on approach to growth.
